Dating back to the 16th Century, this hotel has blended modern and traditional values to make for a place of rest and relaxation, away from the stresses of modern life. There is a great deal to see and do locally, with Warwick Castle amongst the many local attractions. The rooms have all been beautifully furnished and have great array of amenities available.
We stayed here to visit friends in the area. On arrival I found the receptionist to be offhand and unhelpful. Dining room staff were very good. However we were unable to get our choices for dinner because the hotel was catering for a coach party. Our room was clean and comfortable. However on the second night we had difficulty in getting to sleep because of a noisy function. We had requested a quiet room.
We had booked three single rooms and were up-graded to three king size rooms! The hotel is about half way between Warwick and the NEC. Staff were courteous and helpful. Despite being fairly busy it one of the quietest hotels I have stayed at.
