This hotel offers a classical Jacobean property where you can rest and relax away from the stresses of modern life, and really indulge yourself in traditional and luxurious surroundings. The restaurant and bar is a great place to have a fine meal and enjoy great cuisine. There is a variety of things to see and do locally, that the friendly staff is happy to advise on.
The City Centre is only a walk or a short bus ride from the hotel. The Potteries Shopping centre is fine, but other areas are beginning to look run-down. The wedding was held at the Civic Hall in Stoke town and was a great venue. A memorable night altogether. The people of Stoke are truly some of the friendliest and kind hearted people we have had the pleasure of meeting. Am very much looking forward to returning in the near future.
We had a very enjoyable stay in our hotel the place was very nice but the room was a bit tatty, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very good. We went to waterworld very overpriced and very busy! Alton Towers was as ever excellent!
