The Plough Inn at Kelmscott has a long and varied history. Once the watering hole for the well known artist William Morris, it has also been a village shop and bakery. In fact the bread ovens are still visible today. These days the establishment offers clean and comfortable accommodation with eight en suite rooms made up of a combination of doubles, singles, twins and a family room. The inn is located on the edge of the Cotswolds, just a 40 minute drive from the centre of Oxford.
