Opposite Marwell Zoological Park, close to Winchester in this charming area of Southern England, this hotel is in a great position from which to explore the many delights that this area of the country has to offer. The rooms have been furnished to a high standard and feature a range of modern amenities that includes private bathroom and television. There is a spa and golf course easily accessible.
Was great but the food and drinks were a little pricy. very comfortable. You have to go on the Duck tours. Well worth the money and love it when the bus drives into the Thames and turns into a river boat.
We went to Winchester for my cousins passing out parade but had time to nip into Winchester. Visit Cadogan & James for a lovely cup of tea and a fabulous array of food to buy. Great chocolate cake. Staff ther are so pleasant and very polite.
My nephew got married on Saturday 19th May at the Marwell Hotel. After the ceremony we went on the Sunset Safari and the guide couldn't have been more accommodating. Stayed overnight and the room was lovely, everything you would need. Would definitely go again.
