This is a true country house hotel, run by its owners, anne and eddie eyles. It is secluded and tranquil, and is set in more than 2½ acres of its own gardens and woodland. Built as a hunting lodge in the 1890s, when the victorian wealthy were choosing all the best sites for their country estates, the hotel is now a charming fusion of different styles.
