Patrons please note that the cottage is offering b&b only at the current time. Minimum 2 night stay saturday, bank holidays and york races. All rooms and public areas are totally non smoking. Standard rooms are small but comfortable and our superior rooms are larger and most have four poster beds. An early evening bar is available most nights. One key per room. The c0ttage does not accept group bookings and cannot guarantee car parking and restrictions apply. Check in between 2pm-9pm only. Arrivals not accepted after 9pm. Instant check-out operated check-out time befor 11am.
